The scene of this bloodbath is in the Spout Springs area of Appomattox County, Virginia. Veterinarians were rushed to the property to save the three wounded horses. When deputies from the Appomattox Sheriff’s Office arrived, they began an investigation.
After a full forensics investigation, detectives identified a juvenile suspect, who was soon arrested and taken into custody. Neither the owner of the horses, nor the name of the juvenile suspect have been released.

A massacre of horses has occurred in your jurisdiction. A juvenile stands accused of shooting eight horses in a stable. Five are dead and three are wounded.

This kid is depraved, he does something like this as a kid and it will escalate to murder as an adult. Charge him as an adult and send him to a youth facility until he can be sent to prison, where he belongs and where he can’t kill more animals or move on to people. This is just sickening.

Where does a juvenile get a gun? Where are the parents? Why id this happen? To have a young person with this such hate is overwhelmingly horrendous. To want to cause pain and death to those in stalls who can not even run away is beyond reason. This is a mentally ill young person who needs serious help. Society can not support all these criminals. But society also can not have this type of troubled person on the streets.

This is horrifying. This kid is obviously very disturbed. He needs to be sent to a juvenile detention facility and given treatment. I would like to see him charged as an adult and eventually sent to prison. He obviously was aware of what he was doing!
For some reason when the evilness is found to be a juvenile, his/her name won’t be released, and I disagree with that! It makes no sense because if someone young is capable of this, EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW WHO THE EVIL PERSON IS SO THEY CAN BE WATCHED VERY CLOSELY. THEIR PARENTS NEED TO BE WATCHED CLOSELY TOO.
