Goal: Find person who is killing cats and leaving mutilated body parts in public places.
A dead cat with its paws and head missing was found partially buried in a park. The animal’s guts were later found nearby. Previously, police had discovered a severed cat jaw in a school yard, tied to the playground bars with string.
This is not the first time this area has seen gruesome animal abuse. Six years ago a man was found to have killed and tortured over a dozen cats. He posted the videos of the abuse online. After his conviction, the man was sentenced to a 22 month prison term.
Yukiko Furuhashi, the head of a cat protection group in central Japan’s Aichi prefecture, stated, “This abuser went so far as to leave the cat bodies in public spaces, where there could be security cameras—clearly this is a purely evil act.”
No suspects have been identified yet.

A gruesome and disturbing series of crimes against animals have been occurring in your jurisdiction. A dead cat with its paws and head missing was found partially buried in a park. This person or persons are mentally ill. It’s usually a teen thing but leads to more crime against defenseless animals or people, ie women and children. This crime is important as it leads to more murder and authorities know this to be a fact. All resources need to be used to bring this person to justice. It needs to be shown that this can not be tolerated even if a first time offense, which I doubt. First time offenders, teens, expunging records, no punishment, has not worked and puts this type of serious criminal back onto the streets. Our laws do to support our society. judges allow freedom too easily and attorneys don’t see an animal death as a true case to be won. However, it matters to those this person may knife, or shoot down in the future. Think on that for a while.

This is horrific. You need to find whoever is doing this and do the same thing to them that they’re doing to these innocent cats. No animal deserves to be treated like that. I have three cats myself, and if anything like this happened to them, I would hunt down the bastard who hurt them and I would make their life a living hell. Please find whoever is doing this and give these cats the justice they deserve.

Studies have shown that torturing/killing of small animals leads to larger and larger victims, ending with human beings. Most serial killers started with abusing small animals,progressing to larger ones. This person or persons are a threat to society. Find them now and hold them accountable for their crimes against animals.

Th8s needs tobstop now! I lost my 11yr old cat to a speeding driver 6 weeks ago. I now have a stray cat who is petrified of humans. I am bringing her in ‘ it will take a long time. My late cat would of wanted this.
This type of action and all other disreputable treatment of animals must be stopped and all of those who are responsible arrested and punished. I want to say to the fullest extent of the law but mostly that is not sufficient. Laws must be changed!
