13 Kittens, Cats and a Hawk Mutilated to Death Deserve Justice

Target: Placer County Sheriff Wayne Woo
Goal: 13 kittens, cats and a hawk found dead and mutilated deserve justice.

Thirteen dead kittens, cats and a hawk were found in a trash bag. The animals were clearly mutilated. No suspects have been identified.

A utility worker found the poor creatures when he was working on a power line in the woods. He came across a suspicious trash bag that had indications of rotting bodies. When he investigated more closely, the worker discovered thirteen dead kittens, cats and a hawk. The bodies of the animals had been mutilated, apparently by a human.

“It is a horrific incident and not the type of incident we see on a regular basis in Placer County,” said Katie Ingram, director of animal services in Placer County.

The mutilated cats included kittens and cats of all ages, sizes, and colors.

“Just the number of animals and the circumstances of how they were found lead us to believe it was an intentional act,” Ingram said. “There was no predator involvement, no scavenger involvement.”

It is suspected that the cats and hawk were killed and mutilated at about the same time and had been rotting in the trash bag for the past week.

If an animal serial killer is mutilating animals like this then it should be a priority to find out who is responsible. If Law Enforcement does not pursue whoever is responsible then it will likely lead to more killings of innocent baby and adult animals.

I’d check any Humane Societies or Shelters that adopt out animals and see if these kittens and cats had been adopted from them. They need to catch this psycho and deal bc with him!

It’s so heartbreaking when serial killers can go to shelters & humane societies and adopt poor vulnerable homeless animals without ever being followed up or checked upon.
Definitely need to check this out as you recommended, in order to catch this Psycho.
      Unfortunately, too many times, Police
“blow off” animal murders as “not important” enough to bother with. This attitude MUST STOP

…if this person isn’t caught, what will be next?

    Disgusting pieces of crap

  5. Innocent, adorable, lovable kittens and cats along with a wondrous hawk were tortured and mutilated to death. The monster/s who did this should receive the same as punishment. I’m sick of cops that don’t care and leftist idiot judges who excuse this evil behavior most especially if they’re black or illegal aliens.

The cats, kittens and hawk aren’t trash but this monster is.

People shouldn’t be concerned only because it will lead to killing innocent humans but should focus on the violence that these innocent little felines and bird suffered. These monsters know nothing will happen to to them if they get caught. The judge will just say you were a bad boy/s and let them off free. Sickening and revolting.

    Monsters don’t deserve oxygen.

    • the leftist? That tells me all I need to know about YOU! The left is MORE inclined to protect innocent animals…the right are the ones destroying everything. GO SIT DOWN!

Where is Placer County? No state was given , but wherever this place is I’d be looking very hard for this nut case because you haven’t seen the last of the sicko who will be on to much more cruelty. This monster is a danger to all animals and humans and is beyond rehabilitation.

  8. I’m sure “Sheriff Woo” will be right on it.

  9. Just awful. RIP, poor things.

  10. Bernhard Yolanda says:

perverse heap of dirt that torments and kills defenseless animals.
this devil needs to be stopped. absolutely.
the next victims are small children and/or larger ones.
this filthy cunt must be found and suffer exactly the same as these poor animals.
    without mercy.

  11. I bet some stupid satanic cult did this.

  12. Death penalty for bastard(s) killer(s).
    Justice for animals.RIP.

It’s a very strange scenario to find cats and kittens and a hawk together. Whoever did this, whether one person or more, are very, very warped. It’s almost incomprehensible that anyone could be so evil. People like this are actually walking among us. People this deeply vile and evil have got to be punished…put away for good. They’re just sucking up oxygen and offer nothing to society.

  14. Michelle Stewart says:

Whoever did this will escalate to killing people. The person deserves to be shot dead
