Dog Tied Up in Freezing Temps With Swollen Face, Neck and Jaw Deserves Justice

Target: Rochester Chief of Police David M. Smith
Goal: Determine who is responsible for dog tied up in freezing cold with swollen face, neck and jaw.

A dog was found tied to a fence in the freezing cold. The dog’s face, neck, and jaw were all swollen. There were also lacerations and older injuries, pointing towards additional past abuse.

“There’s some swelling, some lacerations and older injuries that we can say there’s some signs of abuse, but we still have to figure out what caused that,” said Reno DiDomenico, vice president for humane law enforcement at Lollypop Farm.

This is the second time that authorities have been called out to this particular address for a case of animal abuse. Not too long ago, Sharod Campbell, who lived at the address, was arrested and charged with animal abuse in a different case. It is unknown if Campbell even still lives at the address and whether he is responsible for the current abuse. He is still awaiting trial on the past case of abuse.

“We kind of have to backtrack now and go backward and start to get some information on who was at the location, what parties were there,” DiDomenico said. “We don’t even know if Sharod Campbell still lives there.”

While the investigation continues, the dog will be housed at a rescue shelter. However, “at this point, the animal still belongs to whoever owned the dog at 21 Iroquois. So, at this point, the dog is not up for adoption yet and what we do is we hold that until the court determines ownership and custody of that dog,” explained the rescuer.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Chief Smith,

A dog was found tied to a fence in the freezing cold. The dog’s face, neck, and jaw were all swollen. There were also lacerations and older injuries, pointing towards additional past abuse.

It is imperative that the police quickly determine who lives at this address and who is responsible for this abuse. Until then, the poor innocent dog risks being returned to their abuser.

Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

I Totally Agree With Laura Rolder
“Find the evil monster who did this to this poor helpless innocent dog. They must be charged with felony animal abuse and never be allowed to ever be around any animals and must be locked away from society for life so no other living being is harmed.”
Do. Or Return That Poor Innocent Pup Back To Back Evil Evil Being,,,, That Is Not A Human It’s The Devil,,,,Period!!!

It is about time the law was changed from ownership to guardianship. This way the dog can be more easily removed. It is absolutely insane that the the animals are returned to be abused once again because they are owned by that person.
If a baby is abused they are removed from there parents. Then why not the animals.???

As Princess Kate’s Brother says “They are pure souls” all they want to be is loved and in return they love you and are loyal until the day they die.
It makes me cry to see this poor dog in such a situation. Obviously this person who has so horrendously abused this dog is a sadist. The judge who returned the other/or this dog? To him in the past is just as guilty as the abuser.
So everybody let’s work to change the law to guardian instead of owner.
Plus work towards Jail terms, fines, and a ban on owning any animals

Monster who caused this poor dog to suffer needs to be put away in prison. Dangerous and sick, he should never own animals.

  3. Nancy Beatriz Amato says:

Please you have allowed someone at that location to consistently abuse animals.prevent this poor animal from returning to that home and punish accordingly all those that allowed this abuse and neglect to go on. Do right by those poor defenseless animals this time.
    Thank you.

  5. Why is there such a backlog of cases that this extreme situation cannot be addressed within the same month or at least within 30days??? That’s the big problem… Besides who did it!

I’m an Atheist but I well believe the Exodus 21:23–27 ”But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.”

So my eye for an eye would be do EXACTLY the same to the twisted common shits that did it to this poor dog.

Then dump the scum in a vat of acid and screw the lid down.

  7. Patricia Leigh Wicker says:

Help this poor dog! Find the Demented Monster that did this and like has been said above! An Eye for an Eye. This Dog needs Justice!!!~~!~!~!~!

  10. Michelle Stewart says:

That poor dog. It is absolutely heartbreaking to see what the dog has suffered through. The dog MUST NOT be given back to whoever is the owner. That owner must be found. Deserves to be actually shot dead. That Sharod bastard should have been thrown in jail and never released. He previously abused & tortured another poor dog.

  11. Until something changes within the law ( what law we ask ) this continues to happen. We shall keep signing endless petitions in an attempt to find a slither of justice. I wish there could be squads of humans all over the world who who shoot animal abusers. From poachers to dog fighting rings ect ect. How wonderful to know that these monsters were being eradicated slowly and surely, sent back to the hell mouth. Oh I forgot!!!! Human rights. What a world this has become.

THIS IS OWED TO THIS POOR ANIMAL AND THE REST OF SOCIETY…ITS NOT ABOUT WASTING TIME AND WAITING, ITS ABOUT GETTING THE JOB DONE!! PLEASE DO THIS.

    ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME…..REALLY!!

LOLLIPOP FARM….GO LOOK IN IT, ON IT AND AROUND IT.

SOUNDS LIKE A PLACE THAT NEEDS TO BE RAIDED AND SHUT DOWN AND ALL ANIMALS TAKEN AWAY TO SAFETY FOREVER……LOLLIPOP FARM…THATS A HORRID JOKE SURELY!!

  14. Mia Hellstroem says:

Politicians! When are you going to do your job and protect animals by legislating Animal Protection Laws with punishments worth the name?!
How psychopaths can continue to subject defensless animals to sadistic cruelty without being severly punished is incomprehensible!
It’s time to stand up and protect those without a voice!
It’s time to show human compassion!
These pieces of crap should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and thrown in jail for a long time and sentenced to a lifetime ban of ever owning animals again.

  15. Johan and Elsie Pasanen says:

No country can call themselves civilized sanctioning sadistic cruelty to animals!
    Mahatma Gandhi once said
“I hold that the more helpless a creature, the more entitled it is to protection by man from the cruelty of man.”
