Target: Michael S. Regan, Administrator of Environmental Protection Agency
Goal: Inform residents about the full extent of an oil spill damage in their county.
A diesel fuel leak occurred in Clinton County, Ohio and residents are being left in the dark about what exactly happened. One resident reported smelling diesel fuel near his home. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Claims 23,000 gallons of fuel contaminated the creek and that the tank was not properly sealed, which led to the spill. The EPA originally called it a small spill but the next day they referred to it as a medium-sized spill. This confused residents and they felt they were being lied to.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources confirmed nearly 2,000 animals were killed because of the spill. This included fish, crayfish, and frogs. The EPA did not tell residents about that detail. They deserve to know the full impact of the spill and how it will affect the place they call home. Sign below and demand the EPA provide all details of the spill to the residents of Clinton County.

Sincerely,
