Success: Bernie Sanders Endorses Joe Biden for President

Target: Bernie Sanders

Goal: Thanks for putting party unity first with your strong endorsement of Joe Biden.

Bernie Sanders appeared on a livestream on Joe Biden’s social media to officially endorse Biden for President of the United States. This comes not long after Sanders announced that he was suspending his campaign for president. This is great news for party unity, and for those who signed this ForceChange petition.

There was about a six week wait between victory being declared for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Bernie making his endorsement, a delay we did not see this time around. This is great news for the party, as we can all focus on beating Trump in November and hopefully stopping any of the infighting that led to Democratic defeat in 2016. Sign our petition and thank Bernie Sanders for his quick endorsement of Joe Biden.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Senator Sanders,

Thank you for your service to our country, for your strong progressive campaign, and for putting party unity first by endorsing Joe Biden for president.

For many of us, Biden wasn’t our first choice, but ultimately the choice between Biden and Donald Trump should be a no brainer. With your support, we know we can hold Joe Biden accountable to be a progressive president, and this is all because of your campaign and the strength of your movement. Thank you for making the right choice and supporting Joe Biden for president.

Sincerely,

[ Your Name Here ]

  1. And you people call that a success? All he is doing is sucking up to the party that is known for tax and spend tactics. What has biden done for the country in the last forty years except suck from the public trough? He doesn’t even know what he’s doing and you want him trying to lead the country? He’s not qualified and the only reason you liberal yahoos want him is because of your tds…you refuse to recognize what trump has done for the country.

Are you really going to go there? you think Sanders endorsement means something good? It just shows what a “Stepford” politician he is. You better change your mind set, Matt Lamour, because…you are going to lose again! Your party has nothing and you know it! If Biden is as good as it gets… wow oh wow…..that would really be a good petition. There you go….

  3. OMG you’ve got to be kidding me. We don’t need this for our President. President Trump is doing his job so I think them damn Democrats shoulduld knock it off and leave him and his family alone. Why would you want an old man in there for president.

THANK YOU! WE NEED A PRESIDENT!!! WE DO NOT HAVE ONE NOW!!! My dog could do A BETTER JOB THAN tRUMP!! BUT VERY HAPPY TO SEE ENDORSEMENTS COMING FOR BIDEN!!!

  5. I’m really disappointed in the political agenda with some of these petitions. As an independent, it’s very annoying seeing petitions like this and also for assuming that only liberals care about animals and the environment. I’m a huge animal rights activist and instead of relying on political parties to fix the issues of climate change, deforestation, species extinction, water pollution and shortages, world hunger etc I choose to be proactive every day, 2 times a day by choosing to keep all animal products off of my plate! You should promote the same and educate people about animal agriculture being the leading cause of climate change…instead of blaming Republicans, blame yourself. And also stop assuming that people who sign petitions, that are mostly for animals, are liberals….it’s absurd

Bernie sadly said “If you can’t beat them, joint them.” Which is the same thing Biden will say on election day, when running against Trump.
