If they would just throw these people in jail and give them long-term sentences it would serve as an example to other animal abusers who would then know if they are going to abuse animals they’re going to get long-term prison sentences I bet you anything that would discourage a lot of people from hurting animals.

Put this twisted savage in jail. Society is growing more and more rageful and twisted and the animals are suffering greatly. Ensure he is tossed in jail with animal living inmates. This demon knows nothing about mercy or how to live sanely.
This is really awful!! But, some lenient judge will give him a slap on the wrist and maybe community service. Our justice system is really messed up when people do bad things and get a trivial sentence.
