Convict Runaway Animal Abusers for Harming Pets

Target: Warren County District Attorney Kathleen B. Hogan

Goal: Convict couple for animal cruelty after they performed botched neutering surgeries on animals

A couple from Cossayuna Lake, New York have been arrested after being on the run for over a year. Lisa and Harold Clothier were arrested and plead guilty to charges of animal cruelty back in 2011, after they posed as veterinary techs and performed botched neutering surgeries on multiple pets. These poor animals suffered severe injuries and we must demand that this dangerous couple be placed behind bars for the maximum sentence of one year.

According to Poststar.com, Lisa Clothier lied to her Walmart co-worker when she said that she was a veterinary technician and could perform a neutering procedure on her cat. Clothier proceeded to perform the surgery on the incorrect part of the cat’s genitals, severely injuring the animal. Luckily, the cat’s owner was able to bring him to an emergency clinic in order to treat his terrible injuries.

This is not the only time that Lisa Clothier injured an animal. She also attempted to neuter a friend’s dog and left the animal in so much pain that he chewed a hole in his abdomen. The Clothiers were charged with animal cruelty and unauthorized practice of a profession. They plead guilty to all charges before they fled New York for over a year.

The Clothiers are back in police custody and they need to stay there. By signing the petition below, you will help encourage Warren County District Attorney Kathleen B. Hogan to prosecute these animal abusers to the full extent of the law.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Kathleen B. Hogan,

Lisa and Harold Clothier were arrested and plead guilty to charges of animal cruelty back in 2011, after they posed as veterinary techs and performed botched neutering surgeries on multiple pets. Police have apprehended these dangerous individuals after over a year of searching.

Both of the animals that were the subjects of the Clothiers’ dangerous surgeries suffered severe and life threatening injuries. The Clothiers plead guilty to all charges before they fled New York for over a year. Now they are back in police custody and they need to stay there.

Please use your power and influence to prosecute these animal abusers to the full extent of the law, ensuring that they receive the maximum sentence of one year in prison.

Sincerely,

I am happy to sign to ensure these people are charged but would also like to sign a petition that creates a law where people who have been caught abusing animals are not to be around or own animals ever again.

Catch these psychos and give them street justice before mutilating them from head to toe. You evil pile of crap!
