Demand Justice for Severely Burned Puppies

Target: Booneville, Mississippi police department

Goal: Find and prosecute the criminal responsible for severely burning two puppies

Recently, two puppies from Booneville, Mississippi became victims of animal cruelty. These two puppies sustained severe injuries when they were burned with hot grease. The individual who committed this crime has yet to be found and punished. Action must be taken to ensure that this criminal does not get away with this heinous act of animal cruelty.

The two puppies, Cocoa and Smokey, were only three months old when they were mercilessly burned with hot grease. Large portions of their small bodies suffered, and continue to suffer, from the cruel attack. The puppies sustained injuries from deep burns and most of their skin has peeled away.

Wanda Jeter, the puppies’ owner, is completely devastated. She is struggling to pay for Cocoa and Smokey’s treatment; she is emotionally and financially “paying” for someone’s unnecessary act of cruelty against her precious pets.

While this crime is completely unforgivable, local authorities have not been able to take full action against the criminal due to a lack of evidence. Jeter and her daughter strongly believe that one of their neighbors is responsible for this crime; Jeter’s daughter was able to get a verbal confession from the suspected individual. Unfortunately, without concrete evidence or “proof”, there is little local officials can do in Jeter’s favor.

Justice must be obtained for these helpless puppies. No pet owner should have to witness their pets suffer from abuse while the person responsible for the crime is able to escape without proper repercussions. Sign the petition below to urge the Booneville police department to do a complete and thorough investigation of this incident until the individual responsible is found.

Dear Booneville police department,

Recently there has been an extreme act of animal cruelty in your city. Two very young puppies, Cocoa and Smokey, were severely burned with hot grease. The two puppies sustained multiple injuries and are still receiving extensive treatment.

Wanda Jeter, the puppies’ owner, is having a difficult time paying for the puppies’ treatments. She is suffering both emotionally and financially as a result of another individual’s crime.

No action has been taken against the person responsible for this heinous crime. This is completely unacceptable; justice must be attained for these puppies. I am urging you to conduct a complete and thorough investigation on this incident in order to find and persecute the individual responsible for this crime.

  5. I think these people need to be caught and punished to the full extent of the law people who are killing and burning puppies alive or dead and abusing puppies dogs animals committing beastiality everything that they are doing to animals they need to be sentenced and tried to the fullest extent of the law It all needs to be at the felony level. It all needs to be stopped in every state every state needs to put this illegal and punishable at the felony level and they will be tried and convicted. A state that has in any of this legal beastiality anything that state should be ashamed and in barest it needs to be ill legal to have it any kind of a sex addict with animals he needs to be Illegal which means against the law
