I was horrified to learn that’s the ACCTPHILLY animal control team were using the sticks to beat the cats with it, causing a greatnof injuries ( broken tail, legs and other injury). They grab the cat’s tail and pulled it, broke it. They also kicked the cats with the boots. I have photo of the guy wearing a long coat, boot, and carry a stick. In the old day, they were using a nets to catch the cats and dogs but not them. Fire the person who in charge of the ACCTPHILLY ANIMAL CONTROL TEAM.
