Dogs Allegedly Abandoned Without Food or Clean Water Deserve Justice

Target: Jimmy A. Richardson II, Chief Prosecuting Attorney, Georgetown & Horry Counties, GA

Goal: Give the harshest legal sentence to people who allegedly abandoned dogs and left them to starve.

Authorities in South Carolina allegedly found numerous abandoned dogs inside cages and chained up outside a residence without food or safe drinking water. The people who are allegedly responsible for this crime need to receive the longest prison sentence possible if they are found guilty of this senseless animal cruelty.

Steven Graham was arrested and charged with 14 counts of animal cruelty after the dogs were found. Hailey Marie Lynch was also later arrested and charged with one count of animal cruelty in relation to the case. Authorities reported that the dogs were emaciated and that some had noticeable sores. Officers further reported that they found canine skeletons on the property.

Sign this petition to demand Graham and Lynch receive the maximum amount of time behind bars if it is found that these shocking allegations are true to better ensure that more animals will not be harmed.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Prosecuting Attorney Richardson II,

Steve Graham and Hailey Marie Lynch were recently arrested for animal cruelty after dogs were found allegedly abandoned at a mobile home in your county. They need to receive the strictest legal sentence possible if it is found that they abused or neglected these innocent animals.

Graham was brought up on 14 charges of animal cruelty, while Lynch was brought up on one count of animal cruelty. Officers said the dogs were extremely thin, and some reportedly had visible sores. Officers also reported that they were not given food and that they also did not have clean drinking water. Additionally, authorities said that dog skeletons were scattered in the yard.

For the above reasons, we demand that both Graham and Lynch receive the most stringent sentence the law will allow if it is found they abused or neglected these helpless animals.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

They each must get charged with 20 first degree animal cruelty felonies, each spend 15 years in prison with no early parole, each pay a $500,000 fine, and each person be banned for life of owning or going near any animals ever again. They are guilty and they must not get away with this.

  2. Gloria Navan says:

This was deliberate with no concern given to these poor animals. These
people should be prosecuted and put in prison.

  3. Animal abusers globally must have the mandatory death penalty performed on them. A slow and agonising death for these evil cretins is essential.

  4. Graham & Lynch must be sent to prison with only one meal at dinner time & be charged with 1st degree animal cruelty felonies. It is way past time this kind of cruel humans be charged with the crimes. Animals are not hear to be treated this way. If you can’t love & take care of them–don’t get an animal. They should NEVER be allowed to own or be near an other animal of any type!! Give them both as much time as possible as we do not need this type of monsters in society.
