Hundreds of Animals Reportedly Found Starving in Filth Deserve Justice

Target: Dan Satterberg, King County Prosecutor, Washington

Goal: Punish person who allegedly starved and neglected over 220 animals.

More than 220 animals were reportedly found neglected, starving, and living in feces in a Seattle home. According to reports another 75 animal skeletons were removed from the property, but authorities were unable to accurately record the true number of deceased animals due to the property’s horrific conditions.

Almost all of the animals were allegedly found in “transport” cages, with the unnamed suspect saying he had planned to move them to the East Coast. The animals mostly consisted of rabbits and guinea pigs, but chickens, dogs, chinchillas, and mice were also found in cages according to reports.

The local animal rescue says this is the worst case of neglect they have seen. This incident appears to be more than one of hoarding. These poor animals, both dead and alive, deserve justice. Demand the suspect face the toughest penalties the law will allow if found guilty.

Dear Prosecutor Satterberg,

Over 220 animals were allegedly found neglected and caged in a Seattle home, living in their own filth. Meanwhile, 75 animal skeletons were reportedly found on the property, with many more believed to be in the home. The suspect in this case said he had intended to transport the animals across the country, in what surely would have been a harrowing journey for them.

This appears to be one of the worst cases of animal cruelty in the city. Whomever is responsible for this abuse and neglect should not go unpunished. I ask that you prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

  1. Gabriela Torres says:

    Dear Prosecutor Satterberg,
… Demand the suspect(s) face the toughest penalties the law will allow, TO WHICH LET ME ADD THAT

“Animal cruelty is now officially banned across the United States, as President Trump has signed the federal document”.
So please do not delay in prosecuting all involved.

    Thank you!

  2. Milantia Roy says:

    To the Prosecutor Sutterberg:
We have to do justice on behalf of those poor defenseless creatures.
Your Honor, please lock them up for as long as possible and give them a good fine to pay for the pain and suffering they subjected so many animals in exchange for money …
He/they ought to really pay for it!
Thank you for your kind consideration!

  3. To Prosecutor Satterberg;

We the public demand severe punishment for the monster who abused , totured and killed many innocent animals. They must be fined a huge amount, plus all the vet bills that the living animals will occur until they can be adopted to new wonderful homes and banned from ever having any animals ever again!

RIP all the poor animals that horrifcally suffered and died at the hands of this monster and we are watching to make sure justice is served!

  4. The reason the world’s ecosystem, being our one and only source of life, has gotten to the deplorable state is in and if nothing is done fast will continue to decay until it cannot sustain life anymore, is because humanity has somehow come to believe that humans are the only creatures worth protecting and investing on. I have always been not surprised but puzzled as to how can the elite educated of the many world leaders and figures of power, have failed to understand the importance and similarity of other creatures that share the same space and time that of man. The reason things like this petition happen is because leaders of the law do not spend enough time and effort in making severe applicable laws to punish animal cruelty. Being human a creature of the same, created with the same breath and importance of any other on earth, makes ignorance prevail and humanity to continue on it’s downfall to annihilation.

  5. Justin Recht says:

For the next 20 years, this person should be forced to work for free – on a farm growing food, cleaning barns, feeding animals – she may learn something new…

Sitting in jail and watching TV is not a punishment.

  6. Why is the suspect unnamed? Who is this person? They are a danger to both humans and animals. There should be a registry of these criminals. I don’t want them near me! Scary!
