Goal: Reverse previous decision to stop USPS plan to deliver masks to every U.S. address.
It was recently revealed that the United States Postal Service had a plan in place back in April to send a pack of masks to every single U.S. address and P.O. Box, but the White House axed the idea at the last minute, claiming it would have caused a panic. There is no telling how many lives could have been saved by this.
Some people still struggle with not enough masks and having every American receive these masks would still be helpful in fighting COVID-19. Demand that Trump and his administration reverse course and facilitate the USPS sending every American new masks.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear President Trump,
Your supposed fear over causing a panic from free masks is absurd. There is no telling how many lives were lost that could have been saved if everyone had been given masks at the start of this horrible pandemic. Your recklessness has once again led to the deaths of Americans, and it needs to change.
Masks are, according to the CDC, our greatest tool to preventing the spread of COVID-19. Reverse course and support the USPS’ earlier plan to deliver masks to Americans and help us get things back to normal in this country.
