Minks Allegedly Neglected, Abused, and Left in Their Own Filth Deserve Justice

Target: France Minister of Justice E’ric Dupond-Moretti

Goal: Give person who allegedly allowed minks to suffer and live in unsuitable conditions harsh legal sentence.

Severely injured minks can allegedly be seen on video painfully dragging themselves over wire cage floors to try and take a few sips of water. The person responsible for the farm accused of perpetrating this cruelty has not been publicly identified, but they should be charged and given a tough legal sentence if they are found guilty of harming these innocent animals.

One mink was allegedly partially paralyzed, and had decaying fur and serious eye injuries. Authorities further stated that minks displaying repetitive behaviors in the videos were likely doing so because they had not been provided with an adequate living situation. Pictures appear to show the animals standing in tiny cages right before they are killed, and reports state the minks live surrounded by feces. Sign this petition to demand that whoever is responsible for this mink farm be charged and given a lengthy prison sentence so that this will be less likely to happen again.

Dear Minister of Justice Dupond-Moretti,

Investigators claim that minks at a French fur farm have been greatly mistreated. Video appears to show some of the animals struggling to scoot across their cage in an attempt to reach a very small amount of water. Police have not identified the people who they suspect are responsible for this animal cruelty. Whoever is in charge of taking care of these animals needs to be arrested and spend the maximum time behind bars to prevent more minks from experiencing similar atrocities.

Authorities indicated that the minks weren’t only suffering from physical distress, including decaying fur and paralyzed hind legs, but also mental distress. Some of the animals were said to have sores in their eyes. They also allegedly lived among their own waste, and were thrown into tiny cages shortly before they died. For these reasons, we demand that you suggest the person accused of mistreating these animals receive a strict legal sentence if it is found they are guilty of this neglect and abuse.

  1. Gloria Navan says:

There’s absolutely no reason for fur farms.

  2. What are they doing about this horror?

  3. All animal abusers internationally must have the death penalty implemented.A slow and agonising death is essential.Prison or a fine is not acceptable.

  4. Why are people still buying fur products and thereby providing a market for these abusers to exploit?

  5. The vile and evil monster/s responsible for the heinous torture
of the defenceless and innocent Minks must be brought to Justice and jailed for life.
The monster bastards that buy anything made out of Fur that has been heinously ripped off the defenceless Fur animals while they are alive should all die an agonising death, the same as the unimaginable torture, suffering and an agonising death all the precious and innocent Fur animals endure.
    Stop buying FUR !!!

  6. A genuine son of a bitch.

  7. The abuser/killer needs to spend the rest of their sorry life in a tiny filthy cage with no food or water…They’ll love it. IMO
