Tell Fast Food Giants Not to Allow Dine-In Customers During Pandemic

Target: David Gibbs, CEO of Yum! Brands

Goal: Stop dine-in customers until a COVID-19 vaccine is widely available.

Many states are prematurely reopening their economies, including allowing restaurants to start serving dine-in customers once again. This is a huge danger that will almost definitely lead to a major second wave in the pandemic, despite the first wave not even being over yet.

Yum! Brands, which includes KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut, among others, is one of the biggest fast food conglomerates in the world. Allowing dine-in customers to their restaurants before a vaccine is widely available would be unsafe for employees and customers alike. Sign our petition and demand that they stay drive-thru and curbside pickup only.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Mr. Gibbs,

The COVID-19 pandemic is far from over in the United States, but many states are re-opening and allowing restaurants to return to normal business operations. According to health experts, this is incredibly premature, and will most assuredly lead to a major spike in cases and inevitably far more deaths.

In the interest of the health and safety of the employees and customers of Yum! Brands, it is imperative that your restaurants continue to be drive thru and curbside pickup only until a vaccine is widely available. Making this decision will potentially save countless lives. The world has lost far too many loved ones already.

Sincerely,

[ Your Name Here ]
