Justice for Dogs Reportedly Skinned to Make Coat

Target: Daniel Cameron, Attorney General of Kentucky

Goal: Punish man charged with the skinning of several dogs.

Multiple dogs were reportedly killed and skinned in a disgusting act of animal cruelty. Kentucky resident Jonathan Watkins was arrested and charged after he allegedly admitted to a neighbor and the police that he had been skinning dogs to make himself a dog fur coat. Reports state that Watkins has a history of mental illness, and that he attempted to defend his alleged actions.

This is absolutely despicable. Even the man’s alleged admission of his crimes does not mitigate the disgusting nature of what was done, nor does it restore the lives of the innocent dogs ruthlessly slaughtered for the sake of fashion. It is absolutely sickening that a person would allegedly do such a thing knowing that animal cruelty is illegal, and that these dogs were living creatures who belonged to other people who loved them.

Watkins is currently being held in jail without bond, awaiting both psychiatric counseling and a court hearing. Sign this petition to see that this man is punished as severely as possible, if convicted of these atrocities.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney General Cameron,

Four innocent dogs were reportedly tortured and skinned alive by a mentally ill man, who came to his neighbor and the police to admit to the crime. Jonathan Watkins allegedly claimed there was nothing wrong with wanting to make a dog-skin coat as he was arrested and charged with four acts of animal cruelty. He is currently in jail without bond and awaiting trial.

You must see to it that this man is punished as severely as possible for his alleged crimes. Animal cruelty is now illegal in all 50 states and this suspect’s belief that there was nothing wrong with wanting a dog-skin coat does not excuse his apparent behavior. He must face justice for this, and you must ensure that he is not only punished, if found guilty, but also registered as an animal abuser.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. It can be argued that any criminal is mentally ill in some way. This is not an excuse for anything. The fact that he skinned animals alive proves he is a danger to society and he must be punished. Lots of murderers think they should be able to kill. Lots of pedos think they should be able to rape your children. You wanna feel bad for them? Hell no. Jonathon Watkins needs to die. He has no business breathing. I wish with all my heart that he dies exactly the way he killed them. That may be too much to hope for. As long as Jonathan Watkins dies, the world will be a slightly better place. Make an example of this piece of shit. We need some real life Dexter-style ppl in the world who make evil shit like this disappear. Someone please hunt him down.

  9. Animal cruelty is now officially banned across the United States, as President Trump has signed the federal document. The recognition of the link between cruelty to animals and crimes against humans played a major role in this ban. Thank those responsible for making the country safer for animals and please proceed accordingly.
    Thanks!
