End Financial Fraud Among U.S. Companies

Target: Senator Chuck Schumer, Senate Minority Leader

Goal: Don’t let major companies hide their owners and assets.

Hundreds of American companies go unchecked, with law enforcement having no idea as to the individuals or parties behind these multi-million dollar organizations. The United States Senate is seeking to change this with a law that would require U.S. companies to disclose their owners.

Until now, some businesses have hidden their ownership in order to escape legal penalties or hide “dirty” money. This has allowed corruption and financial fraud to run rampant. The government has been denied funds for healthcare, education, and housing because of the loss of these financial resources. People in need have suffered at the hands of greedy corporations engaged in illegal activity.

Sign the petition to demand that the Senate come together and support this new law. Demand that they put the health and happiness of their citizens over the wallets of big business.

Dear Senator Schumer,

Huge, multi-million dollar companies have been allowed to steal resources from citizens in need by hiding their owners’ identities and assets. This has allowed financial fraud to run rampant.

I ask that you and your fellow senators support new legislation that would require companies to disclose their owners. Protect your citizens, not big business.
