Tigers Reportedly Starved and Mistreated by Traveling Circus Deserve Justice

Target: Zbiegniew Ziobro, Public Prosecutor General of Poland

Goal: Punish traveling circus that allegedly mistreated tigers.

Nine tigers were reportedly found starving, dehydrated, and kept in tiny cages after they were shipped from Italy. They were being transported to a circus in Russia, when officials found them in the reported conditions and seized them. The journey across the continent was allegedly horrible for the animals, as one of them is reported to have died in transit.

Thanks to the efforts of officials and zookeepers, the remaining tigers are recovering in a zoo in Poland. It is a long road for these animals, but zoo officials are hopeful they will respond to treatments and thrive once again. Two Italian truck drivers and a Russian man were charged for the crimes. We must put pressure on Polish authorities and demand justice for these poor tigers. Sign below to ensure that those found responsible for this alleged mistreatment are punished the fullest extent of the law.

Dear Mr. Ziobro,

Nine tigers endured severe mistreatment, allegedly at the hands of a traveling circus. They were reportedly starved, dehydrated, and kept in tiny cages covered in their own excrement. One tiger has already died from the alleged cruelty and the rest have a long road to recovery. Mistreatment of animals is a very serious crime, and the tigers seized from this circus deserve justice for their alleged suffering.

Animal cruelty should always be taken very seriously. Every time someone who is cruel to animals is allowed to go free, it sets an example that animal cruelty is okay. It is never okay. Ensure justice for the tigers in question by prosecuting the two Italian men and one Russian allegedly responsible and seeking severe punished for their alleged mistreatment of endangered animals.Sincerely,
