Justice for Five Lions Murdered with Poison and Mutilated

Target: Lt Gen BB Motswenyane, Commissioner of the North West Province, South Africa Police Service (SAPS)

Goal: Find the poachers responsible for poisoning and killing lions in Akwaaba Predator Park.

Tragically, five lions were found killed via a poisoning attack in a wildlife reserve in South Africa. Reports say that poachers cut through a fence into Akwaaba Predator Park in Rustenberg and killed the animals, cutting off the face and paws of one of the lions. North West police confirmed that four paws were found in a bag at a farm some distance from the park. It is not yet known what poison was used in this brutal massacre.

Akwaaba Predator Park stated in a post that a cash reward is being offered for assistance in identifying and convicting the “monsters” responsible. The post reads, “Tragedy struck last night at our park. We lost five Lions to murderers. That is what they are, they killed our babies. Our hearts are broken. We are down but not out.” Sign below to demand justice for these innocent animals and accountability for the cruel people who murdered them.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Lt Gen Motswenyane,

The tragic and inhumane murder of five lions at Akwaaba Predator Park must not be allowed to stand. The innocent lions were killed by poachers who broke in and poisoned them, cutting off the paws and face of one of the poor animals.

This brutality is not only illegal and morally wrong, but is also not the first instance of such cruelty against protected wildlife in South Africa. It is therefore vital that the perpetrators not be allowed to get away with their actions. I urge you to ensure that the murderers are identified and brought to justice.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  2. It is illegal! Get off your arses and do something! Give them the same treatment they gave the lions!

  3. What despicable people roam our planet. . . This was a despicable act of cruelty and violence. This was uncalled for and this is inexcusable and unacceptable. Find these cruel low-life sub-human scumbags and cut their hands off. . . . These poor endangered Lions is already an Endangered Species.

  10. One needs to find the people who are prepared to pay big money to attain animal parts. One needs to chop off the head of the organisation (no pun intended) and perhaps then our innocent animals will be safe.

  12. And soon there will be none.
Then what will they go after.
Try me, I’ll give them one Hell of a retributuon.

  13. You MUST catch them and then skin them alive Infact I’ll offer to do it and then I’ll display their heads for everyone to see. Poachers should be shot on sight -no second chances – its the only way to stop this

    • I would like to skin these people and hand their heads on my walls. Better still put them in a public place so that people a=can se that we are get sick of tired of acts like this going unpunished.

I signed because there is nothing else I can do. But I don’t think for a minute that these signatures mean anything in a country like South Africa. What a tragic joke to think that the government and authorities in a country that live off killing animals would give any thought to what the rest of the world think of them!

    SEND THEM EXTREME CANCER.

I DON’T LIVE IN YOUR COUNTRY BUT SOMEONE KNOWS WHO DID THIS FIND THEM AND PUT A BULLET IN THEIR HEAD AND CUT OFF THEIR FACE.
    AND EYE FOR AN EYE!

  16. How I loathe — LOATHE, I tell you — POACHERS — poachers have NO mercy, NO respect, NO compassion, NO morals, NO conscience, NO sanity — poachers are depraved, sadistic, irrational and VIOLENT — they are a danger to us all — people who’ve committed less horror have been SHOT ON SIGHT — FIND them, ARREST them, LOCK THEM UP — throw away the key — FOREVER.
