Puppy Allegedly Beaten With Belt Deserves Justice

Target: Matt Bingham, District Attorney for Smith County, Texas

Goal: Punish the man who allegedly hit a puppy over the head with a belt approximately 15 times.

A puppy was reportedly beaten over the head with a belt in a horrific case of animal cruelty. A witness claimed that the suspect has a long history of physically abusing his dog. Demand justice for this innocent puppy.

A shocking video, sent to the Smith County Sheriff’s Department, allegedly showed Keith Allen McAllister hitting his four-month-old puppy over the head with a belt. McAllister reportedly cursed at Ella, a pit mix, and then hit her approximately 15 times as punishment for digging holes in the backyard. Ella yelped, deputies stated, and dipped her head to avoid the blows. A thorough veterinary exam revealed that Ella had multiple scratch marks behind her jaw, and she was missing hair from the top of her head.

Ella has been surrendered to the proper authorities. McAllister has been charged with felony animal cruelty, and he remains at the Smith County Jail on a $150,000 bond. Sign below and demand that McAllister receive the maximum penalty possible, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Bingham,

A puppy suffered serious physical abuse, allegedly at the hands of her owner. A shocking video reportedly showed the suspect hitting the puppy over the head with a belt approximately 15 times. We demand justice for this innocent puppy.

The Smith County Sheriff’s Office arrested Keith Allen McAllister on charges of felony animal cruelty after he allegedly beat his four-month-old puppy with a belt. Ella, a pit mix, reportedly received about 15 blows to the head as punishment for digging holes in the backyard. Per deputies, Ella yelped and dipped her head to avoid the beating. A thorough veterinary exam showed that Ella was missing hair from her head, and she had multiple scratch marks behind her jaw. Per a concerned witness, this is not the first time that McAllister has hit his dog. McAllister is being held at the Smith County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

The person who abused this puppy is a danger to animals and must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

Please make sure that Keith Allen McAllister gets the maximum penalty possible – too bad you can’t order his hand to be chopped off
