Punish Man Who Allegedly Taught Dog to Kill and Eat Stray Animals

Target: Kimberly M. Foxx, State’s Attorney for Cook County, Illinois

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly taught his dog to kill and eat other animals, including stray cats and possums, receive the maximum penalty possible by law.

Several innocent animals died after a dog was allegedly taught to kill and eat them. Shocking video reportedly showed the suspect egging his dog on while the dog killed a stray cat. Demand justice for these poor animals.

Richard Eames’ voice could reportedly be heard in the background of a video shouting “Good boy!” as his dog, Shorty, mauled a stray cat. The clip, posted on social media, was one in a series of videos reportedly showing the dog attacking cats and eating a dead possum. Per police, Eames trained the Jack Russell Terrier/pit bull mix to attack and eat stray animals when they wandered into his backyard. The videos caught the attention of a local animal rights activist, who brought them to the police.

Eames’ charge has been upgraded to aggravated animal cruelty, which is a felony. The charge carries a penalty of between one and three years in prison. Sign below and demand that Eames receive the maximum penalty possible by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Ms. Foxx,

A dog mauled and killed several innocent animals after his owner allegedly trained him to attack. Multiple gruesome videos posted on social media reportedly showed the dog attacking cats and eating a possum. We demand justice for these poor animals.

Cicero police arrested Richard Eames on charges of aggravated animal cruelty, a felony, after he allegedly taught his dog to kill and eat stray animals in his backyard. Videos reportedly showed Shorty, a Jack Russell Terrier/pit bull mix, killing a stray cat and eating a dead possum. One cat reportedly survived and escaped. An animal rights activist saw the videos and showed them to the police, leading to Eames’ arrest. The fate of the dog is currently unreported. Eames is being held on $5,000 bond. If convicted, he could face between one and three years in prison.

This man allegedly abused both his dog and the innocent animals that the dog harmed. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

  1. richard eames sounds like a low-life inbred piece of shit. I hope a bunch hungry of wild animals stalk and eat him. Oh, wait, never mind, I don’t want them to get sick eating his diseased flesh.
