Target: Steve Kunzweiler, District Attorney for Tulsa County, Oklahoma

Goal: Demand that the woman who allegedly denied a puppy life-saving veterinary care and then disposed of the puppy’s dead body in a suitcase receives the maximum penalty by law.

A puppy allegedly suffered and died in a shocking case of animal cruelty. The puppy’s dead body was reportedly found locked inside of a suitcase near a local park. Demand justice for this poor puppy.

Police arrived at the Collinsville City Lake walking trail after they received reports of a dead puppy. Per police, the puppy was wrapped in a bloody blanket and locked inside of a suitcase. Witnesses reported seeing the sick puppy with Shelly Suzanne Standridge just days earlier. The puppy reportedly had a bloody cough and bloody stool, but Standridge allegedly refused to bring the poor animal to a veterinarian. Standridge told police that she asked another person to bury the dead puppy, but later found out that they’d left the puppy at the lake.

Standridge has been charged with unlawful disposal of animals dying of contagious or infectious diseases; dumping trash on public or private property; and overdriving, overloading, torturing, killing, cruelly beating or injuring, or maiming or mutilating an animal. Per reports, she also has two additional unrelated warrants. Sign below to demand that Standridge receives the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Kunzweiler,

A puppy died painfully after the poor animal was allegedly denied veterinary care. Police reportedly found the dead puppy locked inside of a suitcase near a local park. We demand justice for this innocent puppy.

Collinsville police charged Shelly Suzanne Standridge with multiple counts of animal cruelty after she allegedly denied a puppy life-saving veterinary care. The puppy suffered from a bloody cough and bloody stool, witnesses stated, but Standridge allegedly refused to bring the sick animal to a veterinarian. The dead puppy was then reportedly wrapped in a bloody blanket inside of a suitcase and dumped near a local park. Per reports, Standridge has two outstanding warrants in addition to these animal cruelty charges and she will face her charges at a later date.

This alleged neglect must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

  5. First of all…BAN THIS WOMAN FOR OWNING ANY ANIMAL FOR LIFE TIME… For cruelly neglecting an Innocent Pup the woman has to be Punished while sending her to a jail at least minimum 6 months…Nothing less than that would be a useless & dysfunctional American Laws… Perhaps need to check on the Inactive Authorities failures if the Punishment would not be given to fit the crime….Poor innocent soul had to pay a very high a price with his fragile life, because of a monster…Very sad..R.I.P Pup…no one will hurt you anymore…
