“I did it again.” This caption, placed over an image of a small white mouse, begins a heinous 45-second video clip which led police to cite a high school student with animal cruelty. The video, recorded on SnapChat, shows the suspect allegedly throwing a mouse into a patch of grass while two other teenagers laugh behind the camera. Then, it reportedly cuts to the suspect slamming the mouse onto a concrete surface until the poor animal died. The video was posted on Twitter, police stated, and it garnered over 60,000 views within a few days.

Camarillo police cited the suspect with misdemeanor animal cruelty. If convicted, he could face up to a year in county jail and a maximum fine of $20,000. Sign below to demand that the suspect is assigned the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

Dear District Attorney Totten,

A mouse was allegedly beaten to death in a shocking case of animal cruelty. A video, showing the suspect allegedly slamming the mouse against concrete, went viral on social media. We demand justice for this poor mouse.

Camarillo police cited a 15-year-old high school student with animal cruelty after he allegedly beat a mouse to death. The video, posted on Twitter and SnapChat, shows the suspect allegedly slamming the mouse against a concrete surface repeatedly until the poor animal died. The teenagers behind the camera laugh throughout the video, police stated, and a caption suggests this may not  be the suspect’s first time allegedly harming an animal. The video generated outrage throughout the local community and PETA has even begun an investigation.

This horrific cruelty must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

  1. I just wish i could with my mind do the same to this beasts&torture and kill many others who are hurting and killing&abandoned animals of 4 paws. I curse these and they all to die soon but suffer horrible first in a very extreme violent death.

  2. Some people should stop breeding and releasing their hellspawn on the earth.

  3. I hope this s*** head gets his in this life!
I hope you die of regret for what you’ve done.

  5. It’s not cool to harm a mouse, this teenager who is involved should face more time behind bars. He also need to register as an animal abuser via a registry. Mice are not ours to exterminate.
Maybe these teens must’ve learned it from some terrorists someplace.

  6. Barton Dixon says:

“If a man aspires towards a righteous life, his first act of abstinence is from injury to animals.” Albert Einstein
“Compassion for animals is intimately connected with goodness of character; and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals cannot be a good man.” Authur Schopenhauer
“If you have men who will exclude any of God’s creatures from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who will deal likewise with their fellow men.” St. Francis of Assisi

  7. Please don’t let misconceptions cloud your judgement. Mice are relatively clean, caring and intelligent creatures in their own way. What this person did to an innocent being is not right, this is sad and need to receive a punishment fit their crime. Disgusting.

  8. Cynthia Mattera says:

Serial killer in the making if not prosecuted and stopped. Also need some counseling. Poor mouse …rest in peace little guy:(

  10. Robert Ortiz says:

What the hell kind of person does something so terrible and cruel? This is a person that could develop into a serial killer if not found, stopped and punished. We alrady have too many crazies running loose and don’t need more. Crimes against animals are gateway crimes to much, much worse.
