PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Montgomery,

A dog died tragically when she was shot with a gun. The dog was left to die by the side of the road, and the person responsible is still at large. We demand justice for this poor dog.

Phoenix police are investigating after a dog was shot and then abandoned by the side of a road. The brown and white pit bull was taken to a veterinarian for treatment but later died from her injuries. Witnesses observed a woman driving a silver two-door coupe away from the area at the time of the incident, but police have not yet found this woman. They have asked for the public’s help in identifying the person responsible for this cruelty, and a reward has been offered. Animal cruelty carries a penalty of up to two years in prison in Arizona.

The person who shot this dog is a danger to animals and must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

  1. This beautiful adult pit needs justice. They are one of the most loving breeds we have ever owned. To treat any dog this way is beyond my understanding. Whoever done this needs to be put away for a very long time. No animal deserves this. Please find this evil scum bag & punish them harshly.

    Dear District Attorney Montgomery,

What’s wrong in Arizona? Too many dogs are subject to cruel deaths and the responsible persons simply do ‘get away’ with murder?
“Animal cruelty carries a penalty of up to two years in prison in Arizona” — it should be increased to 10 years and offenders should go to a maximum security prison …

  3. HELL AWAITS THE TURD TO DO THIS TO A GREAT DOG NOW.

  4. The one doing this should be not just shot and left to die, oh no to good for that beast. Should be like all who msitreat animals should always be TORTURED,most times do the same they have done but always make sure they die as the beasts are multiplying unfortunately.
These beats are more and more they need to be stopped and the only way is killing, erase them from Earth.

  5. This monster is a sicko and he must be punished and not with a slap on the wrist. Jail the monster, ban him from ever having any animal. fine him a huge amount.
