PETITION LETTER:

Dear State Attorney Larizza,

A dog was reportedly choked to the point of unconsciousness in a shocking case of animal cruelty. The suspect reportedly choked his roommate’s dog because she urinated and defecated on the rug. We demand justice for this poor dog.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office charged Brenden Geary with aggravated animal cruelty after he allegedly choked his roommate’s dog. Investigators found blood on a wall in Geary’s home, reports stated, as well as feces on the carpet and on a dog food bag. Dixie reportedly suffered bruising to her ears, face, neck, and abdomen and appeared to be in shock at the time that she was examined. She is recovering. Geary remains in the Flagler County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

This horrific cruelty must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Karma ensure that this scum feels the suffering he has inflicted in whichever way you deem fitting.

  2. this poor innocent little dog just 11pounds in weight, what a big hero you cowardly piece of shit ,you should be kicked ,beaten and flogged. The little baby obviously had not been taken out for her toilet, not her fault.

  3. The dog was probably nervous living with this A-HOLE. Why do they even own a dog if they are not willing to properly care for them? Animals do not deserve this abuse. First of all, take this dog away and second lock this bastard up for an extended period of time for his actions. NOT A SLAP ON THE WRIST.

  4. lynn woods says:

isn’t this the big brave soul hang the bastard let him know what it feels like but no he’ll probably get a slap on the wrist and sent home so he can do it again the poor little thing to have to go through that torture I’d like to have 5 minutes with this piece of crap and have a nice piece of rope

  5. Patrick Fitzgerald says:

Brendan Geary is a dangerous out of control violent criminal. Jail violent criminals, prosecute this very sick criminal for as long as the law will allow.

  6. So Geary had the energy to choke this defenseless little dog but not the energy to take him outside to let him relieve himself? Geary is a POS and as a known animal abuser is a danger to society and should be given the full weight of the law for his cowardly actions, tons of community service work and a huge fine – and a long time in a mental facility where people and animals are safe from him.

  7. The State Attorney needs to acknowledge the appalling cruelty of this act. The punishment needs to be severe. Unfortunately the death penalty won’t be imposed but culling of scum like this is the only way we rid the world of “those who shouldn’t have been born”. Maybe, in years to come, this will be the case.

Sick people like him do not deserve to be alive …
