Dear District Attorney Doorley,

A dog suffered serious injuries after she was allegedly punched and beaten. The suspect reportedly confessed to punching the dog when his girlfriend, the dog’s owner, was not home. We demand justice for this poor dog.

Officers with Lollypop Farm’s Humane Law Enforcement Department charged 24-year-old Joseph Triassi with animal cruelty after he allegedly punched his girlfriend’s dog. Mina, a 15-pound schnauzer, reportedly suffered cuts and bruises all over her tiny body and had convulsions, indicating possible neurological damage. Mina’s current condition is unreported. Triassi is scheduled to appear in court and could face a penalty of a $1,000 fine and/or up to one year in prison, if convicted.

This abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

I don’t think the fine & one year in jail is enough-animal abusers needs to be punished severely & to the max! This sick person get what is coming to him-I say torture his ass & then some!

  3. One year is a very short sentence and 1 k is a very small fine for a violent criminal! I am a conservative who thinks violent criminals, especially a crime where the victim has no voice, should be prosecuted and punished severely! Violent out of control criminals with no self control who attack innocent creatures to vent thier impotence, should be jailed for a very long time, and placed on parol for many many years. The FBI has determined and is tracking animal abusers as they have solved other violent crimes investigating and tracking these violent offenders. dangerous violent criminals should be prosecuted the the fullest extent possible. If you think this nut is not dangerous you let him live next door to you and your family. I do not my kids or loved ones to ever cross paths with thus violent sick criminal!! VIOLENT CRIMINALS SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!!

  4. As Judy Judy would say ” there is something wrong with this idiot’ these type of criminals that attack creatures that are vulnerable and are no match for their violence. These are very dangerous violent criminals! Prosecute them as such.

  5. Another “boyfriend” tortures another innocent victim. When are females ever going to learn anything????

“If you have men who will exclude any of God’s creatures from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who will deal likewise with their fellow men.” St. Francis of Assisi

  7. An attack on One is an attack on yourself. Who would do that?

  8. I know what I would of done to this sicko if I had been his girlfriend , I would be brought up for murder

  9. Lilian Caughlin says:

Take him to the 40th floor of some office building. Suicide by force. Poor choice on the girlfriends part. Shouldn’t be around animals in the future ever again or children. The girlfriend should receive counselling on how to choose a partner.
    Sick SOB.
