Subject Brutal Kitten Killer to Longer Jail Sentence

Target: Maura Healey, Attorney General of Massachusetts

Goal: Give convicted kitten killer longer jail sentence.

Miguel Medina, a man charged with animal cruelty, has only been given a one-year jail sentence upon conviction of brutal animal abuse. Medina has previously been arrested for killing two kittens in gruesome fashion, throwing one into a fire pit and another into a wall. A witness stated that Medina talked about killing kittens “for fun” while he was bored.

One year is not nearly a strong enough punishment for this man, especially in light of the recent rise in animal cruelty. Animal rights activists have been pushing for stronger animal protection laws and harsher punishments for those convicted of abuse, and this sentence flies in the face of their efforts. Furthermore, a man who kills innocent animals out of boredom or “for fun” is a dangerous man who is likely to commit even worse crimes if not punished more severely.

The lives of animals are just as important as those of humans. Therefore, crimes against animals should be treated as severely as those against humans. Sign this petition to demand Medina receive a much harsher sentence for his cruel and twisted acts.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney General Healy,

Miguel Medina, a man who killed several kittens out of “bordeom,” has only been given a one-year jail sentence. In light of the horrific nature of his crimes, this sentence is not enough. Animal cruelty is on the rise in recent years. Those convicted of such violence deserve stronger punishments. The lives of animals should be seen with as much value as those of humans.

You must give Medina a longer jail sentence, in addition to forbidding him from coming near any animal ever again. His actions reek of sociopathy, and one year in jail is not nearly enough punishment for ending the lives of innocent kittens. His punishment will not bring back the lives he took, but it will protect other animals from his cruelty.

Sincerely,

  2. HELL AWAITS THIS CAT KILLER NOW.

  3. The Judge who doesn’t sentence this abuser to a life long stent needs to stop being a Judge. If this POS does get out he will harm other animals and people as well. Animal abusers always harm people too.

If the (I have no words) lived here…..TEXAS, he would be charged with a FELONY OFFENSE.

  5. This punishment is pathetic! One lousy year! Bang him up for along, long time and give him some really hard work to do- MAN’S work so he won’t get bored and murder little kittens for fun. This lowlife is a total waste of space- you don’t need this sort of maggot in Massachusetts!

  6. FACT: People who mistreat, abuse or torture animals are five times more likely to commit violent crimes!! Serial killers most of them if not all started torturing animals!!!

Be aware of this monster in the future!!!

  7. One year is not enough. I hope he rots in hell for eternity for his gruesome murderous actions. Maybe, another prisoner will make him suffer in jail. Let’s hope that happens.

Now that the judge does NOT know better, and did a pitiful decision. I hope people in jail have fun with him to the point he would NOT be able to walk again!!!!!!
