Screaming Cats Found Stuffed in Tiny Crate Deserve Justice

Target: Marc Hathaway, County Attorney for Sullivan County, New Hampshire

Goal: Demand that the people accused of stuffing 14 cats into a small crate, leading to the death of two, receive the maximum penalty by law.

Two cats died and twelve more suffered when they were reportedly stuffed into a small crate and neglected. The cats were reportedly underweight and dehydrated. Demand justice for these poor cats.

“The police arrived with one medium size dog crate. ONE crate. Our silence was shattered by the piercing, frantic screams of the cats inside.”  This statement, posted on the Sullivan County Humane Society’s GoFundMe page, described the horror that rescuers experienced when they rescued 14 sick cats. Per police, the cats suffered from respiratory infections, dehydration, and malnutrition. One cat was found dead inside of the crate and a second cat had to be euthanized due to severe illness.

The surviving cats are receiving veterinary care at the Sullivan County Humane Society and are slowly improving. Dwaine Lord and Crystal Lamonda, the owners of the cats, are facing several animal cruelty charges. Sign below and demand that Lord and Lamonda receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear County Attorney Hathaway,

Fourteen cats were reportedly crammed into a small pet crate in a shocking case of animal cruelty. One cat was reportedly found dead inside of the crate and another had to be euthanized. We demand justice for these innocent cats.

Claremont police charged Dwaine Lord and Crystal Lamonda with animal cruelty after they allegedly stuffed 14 malnourished cats into a small crate and left them outside. Per investigators, the cats were covered in their own blood and feces and suffered from dehydration and respiratory infections. The cats reportedly screamed and cried as rescuers removed them one by one from the crate for emergency treatment. Twelve cats survived and they are making a slow recovery.

This horrific cruelty must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

Find this POS who did this and throw him/her in jail and throw away the key.

  3. We cannot allow this type of sick and deplorable behavior to occur without the maximum possible punishment. An example must be made so that evil people such as this will hopefully not want to face harsh justice.

  4. These two monsters must be severely punished and that doesn’t mean a slap on the wrist NO….jail them, fine them a huge amount and ban them from ever having or being around animals. Also demand they both get psychiatric help as they are both vile, evil sickos.

RIP POOR CAT WHO DIED AND MAY THEY ALL GET JUSTICE FOR THEIR HORRIFIC AND VILE TREATMENT BY THESE TWO MONSTERS!!

  5. Suzana Megles says:

I always have to resist wishing that the same horrendous cruelty these sickos perpetrated on innocent animals will be meted out to them. If not in this world, I hope in the next.

How can anyone be so cruel to the innocent?

  7. bunch of nasty beings cruel to animals that couldn’t fight back
Well karma sis an bitch for sure

Guessing they are black? Probably did not treat their illegitimate multitude of taxpayer supported kid any better.

  10. TAKE THE TURDS WHO ABUSED THESE CATS TO IMMEDIATE DEATH NOW.

  11. lock the creeps up and throw away the key

  12. Once more we find dangerous lunatics running loose in society. After these mental monsters are arrested and convicted, the punishment never fits the crime so they merrily move on with their lives leaving poor, broken animals in their wake. When will the lawmakers and justice system participants do their jobs and make severe punishment mandatory in all instances of animal cruelty? Shame on society for allowing this human waste to exist to prey on other animals — and perhaps humans — in the future. Enough is way beyond enough. It is past time to properly and severely punish animal abusers. Any lesser punishment meted out by the authorities renders them complicit in all subsequent crimes against animals.

  14. Gen Lovyet Agustsson says:

that is so sick man. justice for all animals now

  15. Please give the maximum penalty to animal abusers Dwaine Lord and Crystal Lamonda. Their names and photos should also be posted online on any convicted animal abusers/killers websites or on a registry site for animal abusers. Very evil behavior!

  16. Dwaine Lord and Crystal Lamonda are the worst kind of barbaric sociopaths! The are cruel monstrous freaks who caused immense suffering to innocent helpless little animals. They are sick cowards.

The deserve the maximum animal cruelty felony charges. They belong in prison for a long term. Unfortunately, even that is no where near enough punishment for the emotional and physical pain, injury and death they caused poor terrified cats. They are a danger to ALL living beings! They should never be allowed near ANY animals. Anyone who has the capacity for such cruelty has a warped mind. There should be an Animal Cruelty Registry to warn others.
