Dog Starved to the Point of Eating his Tail Deserves Justice

Target: Garry Frank, District Attorney for Davidson County, North Carolina

Goal: Demand that the person who starved three dogs, leading to the death of one, receive the maximum penalty by law.

Two dogs suffered and one died when they were denied food and forced to live in filth. One dog was reportedly so hungry that he began eating his own tail. Demand justice for these poor dogs.

“That was the most emaciated dog I have ever seen and him still be alive and walking,” stated Mindy Faircloth of the Davidson County Animal Alliance. Faircloth took three pit bull mixes in after investigators reportedly recovered them from a house filled with urine and feces. Per investigators, all three dogs were emaciated and their ribs showed through their skin. Tank, the eldest dog, was reportedly so malnourished that his organs had begun to shut down and he couldn’t even stand on his own.

Tank had to be euthanized due to the extent of his illness. The other two dogs are recovering. Police are expected to charge the owner of the dogs, whose name has not yet been reported. Sign below and demand that the person responsible for this cruelty be charged and receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

Dear District Attorney Frank,

Three dogs were starved and forced to live in their own excrement in a shocking case of animal cruelty. One dog was reportedly so malnourished that his organs began to shut down and he had to be euthanized. We demand justice for these innocent dogs.

A pit bull mix known as Tank had to be euthanized after he was starved nearly to the point of death. Per investigators, Tank was so hungry that he began eating his own tail, and he was too weak to stand on his own. Two more malnourished pit bull mixes were also reportedly rescued from the same home, their ribs showing through their skin. The owner of the dogs has not yet been publicly identified, but is expected to face charges of animal cruelty.

This horrific abuse must be punished. We demand that you charge the person responsible and seek the maximum penalty in this case.

  1. why are these sick creeps protected tell everyone what their names are then throw them in jail and throw away the key and make sure they starve

  2. We must not let this go unpunished! These poor dogs were suffering horribly! One died! These disgusting people need to know what it’s like to suffer like this!

  3. Kathryn Irby says:

Prosecute this Dog-Abusing SCUM to the Fullest Extent of the Law!!

  5. Barton Dixon says:

“If a man aspires towards a righteous life, his first act of abstinence is from injury to animals.” Albert Einstein
“Compassion for animals is intimately connected with goodness of character; and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals cannot be a good man.” Authur Schopenhauer
“If you have men who will exclude any of God’s creatures from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who will deal likewise with their fellow men.” St. Francis of Assisi

  6. How can any one do such evil? Lock them up with no food till they starve to death!!! They don’t deserve to live!!

  7. Bring a new law, “An Eye For An Eye” Law.
There are too many slaps on the wrist, and keep offending.
The only way that the abusers, will cease the abuse.

  8. Oh, just forget about imprisonment! Take this (these?) pieces of vile filth, tie them down and impose judgement upon them. I’d start by removing their penises first, then one digit at a time, ending with gutting them and then burning their trashy carcasses.
