Arrest Cops Accused of Rape

Target: James P. O’Neill, New York City Police Commissioner

Goal: Arrest two police officers accused of rape.

Two New York City police detectives have been accused of detaining and raping an 18-year-old woman. The woman, identified as Anna Chambers on social media, has alleged the two detectives handcuffed her after finding prescription medicine in her vehicle. She was allegedly placed in an unmarked van. One detective allegedly raped her, then both forced her to perform oral sex in exchange for her release.

“You’ll spend three hours in the precinct. This is what you’re going to do for us, and we’ll let you go,” they allegedly stated, according to Chambers’ lawyer Michael David. Sources close to the investigation have confirmed the DNA of the detectives was found on Chambers, according to The New York Post.

“DNA samples taken from both suspects came back as a match when compared to the rape kits,” a law enforcement source was quoted as stating.

The detectives have argued the sex was consensual – something Chambers’ lawyer denies. “There was zero consent,” David said. So far, the detectives have had their guns and shields confiscated, but they remain on modified duty.

If you believe these detectives should be fired and arrested, please sign this petition.

PETITION LETTER

Dear Commissioner O’Neill,

Two NYPD detectives have been accused of handcuffing and raping a woman in the back of a van. The DNA of both detectives was even found on the woman, according to local media reports, including from The New York Post.

So far, the detectives have maintained the sex was consensual – which raises the question: does this mean the NYPD has no problem with its detectives having random sex with detainees on the taxpayer’s dime? Put simply, no matter how this story is spun, one thing is very clear: these two detectives have no place in a transparent, professional police force. They should be fired immediately. Then, they should be charged and prosecuted. These allegations should be resolved in a free and fair trial, not behind closed doors at the NYPD.

Sincerely,

  1. Rape is rape regardless of what type of hat you wear!!! With all that officers see each day they should know better than to do such a thing. Shame on them. May the judge treat both officers like the low life they have now stooped to.

  2. Yes they need to pay for this but no woman should give oral sex to not go to the station cells. She needed to go to the station to report the rape!

  3. Gen Lovyet Agustsson says:

they themselves are the criminals not the victims.
