Prosecute City Employee Accused of Stabbing Dog

Target: John J. Flynn, District Attorney for Erie County, New York

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly stabbed a dog during an argument with the dog’s owner receive the maximum penalty by law.

A dog was allegedly stabbed in a shocking case of animal cruelty. A man allegedly attacked the dog after starting a verbal argument with the dog’s owner. Demand justice for this poor dog.

“Poor innocent dog did nothing to him, you know what I mean, she didn’t even go after him when he was going after my mother yelling,” stated Jillian Mann, the dog’s owner. Mann was walking her dog in Buffalo when 46-year-old James Craddock allegedly stepped out of a vehicle, began arguing with the owner, and then stabbed the dog. Craddock, a seasonal park employee for the city, was reportedly using a city vehicle at the time of the incident.

The dog underwent surgery and is recovering. Craddock was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and criminal possession of a weapon. Sign below and demand that Craddock receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

A dog suffered and could have died after she was allegedly stabbed by a city employee. Per witnesses, the employee exited a vehicle and argued with the dog’s owner prior to the attack. Demand justice for this poor dog.

Buffalo police arrested 46-year-old James Craddock after he allegedly attacked a dog with a sharp object. Craddock reportedly exchanged angry words with the dog’s owner before aggressively stabbing the innocent dog. Craddock, a seasonal park employee for the city, reportedly fled the scene and was later found in a city vehicle. The dog underwent surgery and is expected to recover. Craddock was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated cruelty to animals.

This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

  1. This employee performed a felonious assault on an animal, i.e., abuse and cruelty, while on duty?! Prosecute him. Period.

  2. James Craddock the coward needs to be removed from his city position and prosecuted for animal abuse using a deadly weapon. He is a threat to society as well as animals. PROSECUTE and REMOVE HIM FROM FURTHER EMPLOYMENT.

  3. Fire this employee he is a danger to all. Obviously he cannot handle his anger issues.

  4. I hope he will pay for the vet bills and the suffering the dog went through.

This type of animal cruelty should NOT be allowed to go unnoticed or Unpunished.Such people who have the EXPLOSIVE TEMPER which they cannot control and take the revenge over a innocent soul such as this poor Pooch should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO WALK THE STREETS FREELY…LOCK THIS MAN FOR A LONGEST TIME SO HE WILL HAVE SOME AMPLE TIME TO THINK CAREFULLY WHAT A CRIMINAL ACT HE COMMITTED BY STABBING AN INNOCENT ANIMAL.
