Protect Women, Children, the Elderly, and the Sick From Republican Healthcare Repeal

Target: Mitch McConnell, Senate Majority Leader

Goal: Do not pass the Graham-Cassidy bill, which would leave tens of millions of Americans without adequate healthcare.

Access to healthcare is once again being threatened for tens of millions of Americans as a new bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) heads for the Senate. Just when it seemed that the GOP had moved on to other pressing issues following the many failed attempts to remove healthcare protections, they are back at it again. The Graham-Cassidy bill appeared to be a last-ditch effort, but has been gaining momentum and support at an alarming rate.

The bill will slash protections for those with pre-existing conditions (people who have already been diagnosed), the elderly, children and women. In the most cynical form of partisanship, Republican senators behind the bill have also structured it to send vast amounts of money to Republican states, while removing funding for healthcare from Democratic states. Sign below to demand that our rights as Americans be protected, and our access to healthcare not be denied by a group of greedy and corrupt politicians.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Majority Leader McConnell,

The Graham-Cassidy bill is yet another attempt to deprive American citizens of access to healthcare, and cannot be allowed to pass. It is the harshest attempt yet to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and the cuts it proposes are astounding and dangerous.

This bill targets the elderly, women, children and the sick. It is your responsibility to do what is right for American citizens, putting aside partisan games and politicis. I urge you to ensure that the Graham-Cassidy bill does not pass the Senate.

Sincerely,

  1. Demand Republicans NOT TO TAKE AWAY ANY OF OUR HEALTHCARE!

  2. Gen Lovyet Agustsson says:

    demand lgbtq+ healthcare.

  3. Please adopt a health insurance system similar to that of Germany. Most of the US population will benefit in many ways. A politician in Arizona has just suggested this.

  4. i agree! i had to move to france to get healthcare as i had so many pre existing conditions! this was 19 yrs ago. france has excellent coverage, and no one but an idiot wd believe the the republicans are going to give ALL of us good care; they even admit democratic state, like CA will lose millions to republican states. it is a pure political play.

If the republican plan is so good why don’t they adopt it for congress to have to use??

    • I agree, but insurance pays for what doesn’t work and Obama care did not help and took everyone’s money for $5000 deductibles/high copayments and high premiums so they had no money to go to Alternative medicine which works awesome to prevent health issues and fix the root cause. No insurance may allow people the freedom to do what they need/want and heal fast with natural help. Don’t be jealous…congress getting insurance that gives treatments/drugs that hurt is not good. I agree they need to write a plan that helps all and no exceptions.

  6. Denise Devereux says:

Healthcare should be for all American citizens. Look after your own citizens first and then put aid into other countries. Lets face it most countries do not appreciate the financial and military aid given by America.

  7. This is a lie. Obama care is not helping with $5000 deductibles/high copayments and high premiums. Americans are without health care and not their money. Obama care did not help and hurt people. No insurance may help people use their money for Alternative medicine that helps heal people fast and prevents health issues as it fixes the root cause.

  8. Voters make wiser choices!
