  1. Grave’s should get more than a year in jail, try forever. Nor should he ever be able to have, buy or own any animals at all! There should be a registry in your State with names, locations, etc. of all past and present animal abusers.

  2. Prosecute this violent idiot to the fullest extent of the law! If you think this freak is not a danger then you take him home with you! One of our community will get this violent out of control criminal as a nieghbor because you think because this violent criminal will live next to some poor person and their family and their pets! for all that is holy PROSECUTE!!!

  3. This dude is the poster child for why every humans should not be allowed to be a guardian to an animal. Stop animal suffering, spay and neuter and do NOT buy from breeders. Five 5 million killed in shelters, 70 SEVENTY million strays dying on the streets. And who knows how many are abused and abandoned by dangerous criminal asshats like this freak. Police are given the opportunity to stop this violence and put these violent criminals away but they do not seem to see the violence as the root f the problem. 98% of serial killers started by torturing and or killing animals. Jail time for violent out of control criminals! This is one sick out of control criminal, a felony at the very least. Mandatory jail time for all violent criminals!

Fuck jail. Cut his damn dick off. So he can be a little bitch on the outside too. Make him wish he was dead. Then give him his wish.

  5. … and could face a year in jail or a $1,000 fine
Why so lenient? Thrown him in jail for a longer period and make him pay at least $10,000

  6. michelle taylor says:

A minimum penalty of 10 years prison time is required or preferably the death penalty.

  7. He deserves a beating with a baseball bat by someone 4 times his size. Nothing but a POS!

  8. Barton Dixon says:

“If a man aspires towards a righteous life, his first act of abstinence is from injury to animals.” Albert Einstein

“Compassion for animals is intimately connected with goodness of character; and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals cannot be a good man.” Authur Schopenhauer

  9. POS, that’s all you can say about someone like that. He should NEVER be able to have a pet again and should serve his entire time. That poor dog is suffering why shouldn’t he.
