Justice for Dog Allegedly Held Underwater by the Neck

Target: Eugene A. Vittone II, District Attorney for Washington County, Pennsylvania

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly abused and neglected 11 animals and forced one dog’s head underwater receive the maximum penalty under law.

Eleven dogs, including three suspected wolf hybrids, were allegedly neglected and abused in a shocking case of animal cruelty. Video footage reportedly showed one dog being held under water by the scruff of the neck. Demand justice for these innocent animals.

Washington Area Humane Society police arrested Frederick Frameli after a concerned neighbor recounted the alleged abuse and neglect of his 11 animals. Video footage reportedly showed Frameli grabbing a dog by the neck and dragging the animal into a bathtub full of water. Per police, Frameli then forced the dog’s head under the water. Another incident allegedly involved Frameli violently slamming another dog onto the ground. The animals were reportedly malnourished and lived in unsanitary conditions.

The dogs were seized by the Humane Society and are recovering. The three suspected wolf hybrids were taken to the Wolf Sanctuary of Pennsylvania. Frameli has been charged with 24 counts of animal cruelty for physical abuse, failing to provide adequate food and water, and keeping animals in unsanitary conditions. Sign below and demand that Frameli receive the maximum penalty under law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Vittone,

Eight dogs and three suspected wolf hybrids suffered when they were allegedly abused and neglected. The animals reportedly sustained brutal physical abuse at the hands of their owner and lived in an unsanitary environment. We demand justice for these innocent animals.

Video footage reportedly showed Frederick Frameli grabbing a dog by the neck and forcing the dog’s head into a bathtub full of water. Per a concerned neighbor, Frameli also violently slammed a different dog onto the ground. The animals were reportedly underweight and did not have access to adequate food and water. Frameli was charged with 24 counts of animal cruelty, and the animals were removed from the home.

This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,
