Dog and Puppy that Allegedly Died from Neglect Deserve Justice

Target: Marjorie J. Fox, District Attorney for Greene County, Pennsylvania

Goal: Demand that the woman who allegedly neglected a dog and her newborn puppies, leading to the death of the dog and a puppy, receive the maximum penalty under law.

A dog and one of her puppies died after they were allegedly left outside without food or water. Per the criminal complaint, the dog’s owner stated that she was aware of her dog’s death, but that “due to other family problems would be unable to remove the dog until later that night.” Demand justice for these poor dogs.

“The dog was chained to the house and laid dead with its head resting on a cinder block,” Cumberland Township police stated in the criminal complaint. The dog reportedly had no access to food or water, and her nine three-week-old puppies remained beside her even after she died. Jessica Dawn Johnston, the dog’s owner, had reportedly not been home or attended to the dog for two weeks.

Three of the puppies were adopted by concerned neighbors. The others were taken to the Humane Society of Greene County, where one died of neglect. Johnston was charged with two misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty and 20 summary violations regarding animal abuse. Sign below and demand that Johnston receive the maximum penalty under law, if convicted.

Dear District Attorney Fox,

A dog and a three-week-old puppy died after they were allegedly neglected in your county. The dog was reportedly chained outside for two weeks without access to food or water. Demand justice for these innocent dogs.

“They came in very sick. They were so ill,” stated Jane Gapen, director of the Humane Society of Greene County. The Humane Society helped care for the nine puppies that were reportedly found lying next to their dead mother on Jessica Dawn Johnston’s property. Per police, Johnston was not living in the home at the time and had not returned to attend to the dog and her puppies, leading to the death of the dog and one puppy.

This horrific neglect cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Unbelievable…please punish this woman to the fullest extent of the law and never allow her to own any animal again. How that poor dog must have suffered for so long…inexcusable.

  2. tina roberts says:

Yes I bet she has family problems. Heres another. All this bitch’s relatives need forcibly sterilized. This woman needs prison time. Although id rather someone beats her to death.

    • No, she needs to suffer for a long, long time before her demise. Then her filthy carcass needs to be tossed into a wood chipper and the bits burned.

  5. Problems? Well, I would love to give this fucking piece of shit some problems alright. I’d love to slice off bits of her filthy carcass and laugh while she screamed. Then I’d chain what’s left up and watch happily as she starved.

  6. Oh, and the cunt lives in Nemacolin, Pa, so seek her out for justice 🙂

  7. tammy Craine says:

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a human. She had no regards for the family she murdered.

  8. Why didn’t the people who took the 3 puppies give the mother dog water and food,?
