Target: John J. Flynn, District Attorney for Erie County, New York

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly denied veterinary care to three dogs and eight puppies with a severe flea infestation receive the maximum penalty under law.

Three dogs and eight puppies were allegedly denied veterinary care and allowed to suffer with a severe flea infestation. One of the five-week-old puppies was reportedly in critical condition. Demand justice for these poor dogs.

When the SPCA Serving Erie County raided Timothy Strobele’s home, they allegedly found multiple dogs and puppies in extremely poor health. Three adult dogs and eight puppies, ranging from five to ten weeks old, were reportedly covered in fleas and dehydrated. One of the puppies reportedly had to be administered oxygen and was in critical condition due to the severity of the infestation.

The dogs and puppies were rushed to the SPCA for treatment and are still recovering. Strobele was charged with three counts of animal cruelty. Sign below and demand that Strobele receive the maximum penalty under law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Flynn,

Three dogs and eight puppies suffered and nearly died in Erie County when they were allegedly denied life-saving veterinary care. The dogs and puppies reportedly had a severe flea infestation and were dehydrated. We demand justice for these innocent dogs.

The SPCA Serving Erie County rushed the eight puppies and three adult dogs to a veterinarian after reportedly discovering them covered in fleas. Per the SPCA, one of the young puppies was in critical condition and had to be administered oxygen. If these dogs and puppies hadn’t received veterinary care when they did, some of them may not have survived.

This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

  1. Carol Green says:

Besides the inefficient, ineffective punishment the law will dole out, Timothy Strobele should also be infested with a thousand fleas for a period of no less than 30 days.

  2. Robert Parker says:

Animal abuse is now a federal felony, unless Trump has managed to repeal that, too. Why not submit these petitios to the Attorney General?

  3. FEED THE TURD WHO DID NOT CARE FOR THESE PUPPIES TO THE LIONS NOW.

  4. This vet’s license should be revoked. Maybe he should be infested with fleas. His actions should be posted in local paper for all his clients can see his compassion for innocent animals. They should question how he cares for their pets.

  5. John J. Flynn, District Attorney for Erie County, New York:
