Justice for Animals Allegedly Starved and Forced to Live in Filth

Target: Jeffrey Arnold, Prosecuting Attorney for Delaware County, Indiana

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the people who reportedly starved four dogs and two cats and forced them to live in filth.

Four dogs and two cats were reportedly starved and kept in deplorable conditions. Per rescuers, they were severely emaciated and lived in their own filth. Demand justice for these innocent animals.

“They had no food or water and their crate was filled with saturated newspaper and it had just been trampled on. They had been living on that for quite some time,” stated an unidentified Muncie Animal Care and Control officer. The rescue group posted shocking photos of the emaciated animals on Facebook after they were reportedly taken from a residence with no electricity or running water. The animals were reportedly covered in feces and urine and infested with fleas.

The animals are residing at the shelter and are expected to recover. Two unidentified people have been charged with animal cruelty and neglect in this case. Sign below and demand that these people receive the maximum penalty under law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Prosecuting Attorney Arnold,

Six animals suffered tremendously after they were reportedly starved and neglected. Per rescuers, the animals were severely underweight and infested with fleas. Demand justice for these innocent animals.

“They required several baths to rid them of the infestation of fleas and the odor from eating and sleeping in their own urine and feces, mold and trash,” stated the Muncie Animal Care and Services Center. A mother and her puppy were reportedly locked in a small crate with little room to move around. Another dog was reportedly 20 pounds underweight and suffered from untreated sores.

This horrific neglect cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

  3. Why are these brutes unidentified? Surely not to save their miserable skins? There is no excuse for this sort of neglect and cruelty. Whoever subjected these unfortunate creatures to such horror deserves the severest punishment and then some. Hoping they will get just that.

  4. great people to save these animals , hell awaits the turds who let them suffer like this now.
