Protect 1.5 Million Acres of U.S. Forests

Target: The U.S. Congress

Goal: Ensure protection for 1.5 million acres of the United States’ forests.

The U.S. Congress is considering passing a package of bills that, if passed, will permanently protect 1.5 million acres of forest land. That is a lot of land and by showing your support in Congress passing these bills, not only will you be protecting the Earth’s beautiful landscapes, you will also be protecting millions of wildlife if Congress makes the correct decision.

It is important that you show your support by signing this petition in that the U.S. Congress will make its decision based off the public’s votes. Similarly, it is hugely important that you sign this petition because there are also many who oppose this set of bills such as, Big Oil, gas and coal companies. These dirty energy companies oppose bills that support nature and wildlife preservation because it means less land for them to drill, to destroy, less money that they will make and it will also mean bankruptcy.

Please sign this petition to support Congress’s decision making. Please do not allow dirty energy companies who only care about making more money to ruin any more of our precious land, don’t allow them to pollute any more and please don’t allow them to kill any more wildlife.

Dear U.S. Congress,

I am very happy to hear about a package of bills that will help permanently protect many forests of the U.S. I kindly urge you to pass this package of bills and to be reminded that many people are in support of them. The people of the United States want to help its land and to keep it protected from people who wish to destroy it.

Please do not allow the Big Oil, gas and coal companies to persuade you into not passing these bills. Our country desperately needs support like this, our land and our wildlife need this. We need you, U.S. Congress, to support the environment and wildlife and to make the protection of our land permanent.
