Justice for Dog Allegedly Beaten Against Ground and Abandoned

Target: Marian T. Ryan, District Attorney for Middlesex County, Massachusetts

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the man who allegedly slammed his dog against the ground and left him in a park to die.

A dog was reportedly swung around by his leash and slammed roughly onto the ground. The dog suffered multiple injuries and was found abandoned in a park. The suspect reportedly admitted to abandoning the dog, but denied hurting him. Demand justice for this innocent dog.

“The dog’s tail was tucked between its hind legs and the dog was shaking and shivering uncontrollably,” stated the police in a written report. A witness told police that the suspect lifted Chaos, a young pit bull, up by his legs and swung him around in a circle. He then reportedly held Chaos up by his leash and slammed him into the ground four or five times. Chaos was found hiding in a bush, reportedly abandoned by the suspect.

Aramis Ortiz was charged with animal cruelty and ordered to stay away from all animals. Chaos received veterinary care and is in stable condition. Sign below and demand that Ortiz receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

Dear District Attorney Ryan,

A dog suffered tremendous pain and mental anguish when he was reportedly abused and abandoned in a park. Police found him hiding in a bush and shaking with fear. We demand justice for this innocent dog.

Ortiz reportedly admitted to abandoning Chaos after he had urinated on the floor. A veterinarian detailed Chaos’ injuries, which included bloody paws and lacerations to the nose, upper lip, and right eye. A witness stated that Ortiz held Chaos up by his leash and slammed him into the ground multiple times.

This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Demand Maximum Penalty for the Trash, who slammed his innocent, loving dog to the ground, leaving him in a park to die. The very reason this entire Country MUST HAVE AN ANIMAL REGISTRY; NAMELY, TO PREVENT SUCH SCUM AS THIS FROM EVER BEING ALLOWED TO OWN ANOTHER ANIMAL!!!

  2. Maximum penalty for abusing an animal -what’s next a human!
Laws for hurting or torturing animals should be stiffer – longer jail times.

How can people be so evil? It is terribly frightening!
