Justice for Teenager Rammed Into Tree By Car and Killed

Target: Kimberly M. Foxx, State’s Attorney for Cook County, Illinois

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the woman who allegedly hit a teenager with her car and pinned her against a tree until she died.

A teenager was reportedly hit by a car and pinned against a tree until she died. The horrific crime reportedly followed a confrontation between her and the driver of the car. The suspect’s attorney stated that she was triggered by the victim’s “provocative language” both online and in person. Demand justice for this teenager.

“As soon as I looked out my window I saw a girl being rammed into the tree, and ran over and backed over and over again,” stated Brittany Patrick, a neighbor. Witnesses stated that a verbal confrontation and a fist fight preceded the gruesome attack. The driver reportedly hit 18-year-old Tatyanna Lewis, dragged her, and then fled the scene. The victim died at the scene.

Chynna Stapleton, 24, was charged with first degree murder. Lewis reportedly died of multiple blunt force injuries. Sign below and demand that Stapleton receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

Dear State’s Attorney Foxx,

A teenager suffered tremendously and died after she was hit by a car and pinned against a tree. The driver of the car reportedly had her 13-year-old child in the backseat throughout the gruesome attack. We demand justice for this teenager.

Witnesses reportedly heard Stapleton yell “I’ve got something for you” after the she and Lewis engaged in a physical confrontation. As Lewis walked away, Stapleton reportedly drove her vehicle over the curb and ran her over until she died. Per authorities, Stapleton was pulled over a mile and half from the scene. Her car was reportedly damaged and had tree bark attached to the front end.

This horrific crime cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

  1. This is horrifying. If this woman is guilty, she is a very dangerous person and should be given life in prison, no parole.

  2. Kathryn Irby says:

  3. Hang this pos and make sure she suffers while you do it!

  4. Rosslyn Osborne says:

I would like to add my condolences to the family of Tatyanna.
I am wondering if the 13 yr old daughter sitting in her mother’s vehicle during the attack will ever get over this scene during her life time?
Shameful situation and the repercussions will spread far and wide all for angry words and bad tempers!

  5. TruthSeeker says:

I wonder what the victim may have done to that woman? You never know what is really going on, without at least both sides of the story. Unfortunately, you cannot even hear both sides, when one of them is dead. The dead one could have done horrible things to the live one, for all we know. I had an evil, stinking neighbor, who is fortunately dead now, but many people wanted to kill her because she victimized everyone she came into contact with. Even her ex husband threatened her, and according to her, beat her, but who knows? She was such a damned liar, and thief, she could have made some of it up. Of course, her ex husband committed burglaries as well, and they did some of these crimes together, with her as a lookout.
