Fire Cops Who Allegedly Stalked, Harassed and Broke Into Woman’s Home

Target: David Brown, Dallas Police Chief

Goal: Permanently fire cops who allegedly stalked, harassed and burglarized woman’s home, if guilty.

A police sergeant and his girlfriend, also a police officer, allegedly burglarized the sergeant’s estranged wife’s home after harassing her for months. Police Sergeant Gregory Epley had been stalking and harassing his soon-to-be-ex-wife for months, according to a warrant affidavit. Sergeant Epley admitted that he and his girlfriend, Officer Angelle Ponseti, had crawled through the bedroom window of the woman’s home. Several items, including three birth certificates, four social security cards, and her marriage license, were stolen from the home, according to the affidavit. The victim also said that Officer Epley had used social media to post frightening messages, and once, he ordered a knife and had it sent to her in the mail as a way to make her feel threatened.

Epley has been charged with stalking and burglary while Officer Ponseti was charged with burglary of a habitation. Both officers have been placed on administrative leave, pending on the outcome of the investigation. In other words, the officer who spent months allegedly terrorizing a woman may be allowed to keep his job, and the officer who accompanied him may as well. Anyone capable of these allegations are too dangerous to be working in a position of authority. Please add your signature to the petition below demanding that both officers be fired indefinitely so that this type of incident never happens again.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Chief Brown,

A police sergeant reportedly admitted that he and his girlfriend, another police officer, broke into and burglarized his estranged wife’s home. According to an affidavit, the sergeant had been stalking and harassing his soon-to-be-ex-wife for months. The victim says that she felt frightened and threatened by him on multiple occasions, including when he sent a knife to her in the mail.

It seems that the police sergeant and his police officer girlfriend have been terrorizing this poor woman, and we’re appalled that they were only placed on administrative leave. Dangerous, criminal activity like this must not be tolerated among people in positions of authority. We demand that these two officers be fired indefinitely, if guilty.

Sincerely,

    stop stalking people!!!!!

  2. Kathryn Irby says:

It’s long past time that cops be held Accountable for their blatant misdeeds, ranging from murdering to stalking–and every- and anything between!!! Prosecute those Bastards to the FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!!

  3. If they are found guilty, that means they will be CONVICTED CRIMINALS. Why the hell would they NOT be fired? Well, unfortunately it happens too often, that convicted criminals are still WORKING on the police forces. What does that say about police?!!!
