Success: Company Pulls Ads from Bill O’Reilly’s Show after Claims of Sexual Harassment

Goal: Thank Angie’s List for pulling ads from Bill O’Reilly’s show after the television host was accused of sexual harassment.

Despite having said it would not narrow its audience by removing its ads from Bill O’Reilly’s Fox News television show, popular web company Angie’s List has listened to the voices of the public, including those who have signed a recent petition on ForceChange, and has decided to pull its ads from the controversial program after its host was accused of sexual harassment.

Angie’s List joins many other companies that have severed ties with the Fox News commentator, including Mercedes Benz and Allstate. More companies are sure to follow suit. Very few want to be associated with a man who has allegedly committed such heinous actions.

Although the company was hesitant, Angie’s List has done the right thing. Sign the petition and thank the company for listening to your voice and pulling its ads from O’Reilly’s television program.

I want to thank you for helping your company pull its ads from Bill O’Reilly’s Fox News program after the commentator was accused of sexual harassment by a handful of women. With this move, you have placed women’s rights and safety above your company’s bottom line.

Angie’s List is not the first company to pull its ads from the Fox News program and it definitely will not be the last. Thank you for joining other companies in standing up against violence toward women.
