Punish Woman Who Allegedly Attacked Teenager

Target: Pam Bondi, Attorney General of Florida

Goal: Punish woman accused of brutally beating and threatening the life of teenage girl.

Ernstlatta LaFrance has been arrested for allegedly beating up and threatening her teenage daughter’s rival. She reportedly hit the girl several times, broke her finger, destroyed her car with an axe and bragged about her violence on Facebook, promising that this was just the beginning. Her partner, Erlisa Evans, assisted in the attack by firing a gun.

According to local news reports, the assault was sparked by a fight between LaFrance’s daughter, the victim, and a group of girls. LaFrance is currently facing charges of strong-armed robbery, child abuse, and aggravated battery among others. She currently has no attorney, and her bail is set at nearly $40,000.

We cannot allow this woman or her partner to walk away with a slap on the wrist for her reported crimes. While it is normal for mothers to hold anger towards anyone who gives their child a hard time, she went much too far. A grown woman should never be allowed to viciously attack a teenager as LaFrance did, and she must face justice. Sign this petition to demand LaFrance and Evans be held fully accountable for their alleged crimes.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney General Bondi,

Ernstlatta LaFrance has been arrested for allegedly beating a teenage girl and destroying her personal property, under the excuse that the girl was her daughter’s “rival.” Currently, her bail is extremely high and she faces many charges. She is said to have no lawyer at the time, and neither does her partner, Erlisa Evans, who assisted in the attack. The reason for this attack: the victim was involved in a scuffle with LaFrance’s daughter.

This woman’s reported behavior is completely unacceptable. Regardless of her maternal instincts to protect her daughter from adversity, this 30-year-old woman has allegedly beaten a teenage girl, destroyed her property, and bragged about it on social media with the promise of harassing the girl further. She must not be allowed to get away with what she has reportedly done. Please ensure that whether or not this case is taken to court, LaFrance and her partner are punished to the full extent of the law for their actions.

Sincerely,
