Dear District Attorney Brown,
Two transgender women were allegedly attacked when they tried to enter a McDonald’s restaurant. Police are investigating this case as a hate crime. We demand justice for these innocent women.
One of the women reportedly suffered a fractured ankle and the other sustained a lacerated hand following O’Meara’s alleged attack. Per police, this is not O’Meara’s first arrest. He had previously been charged with grand larceny auto and driving while intoxicated. Police reportedly found a glass crack pipe in his possession at that time.
This horrific crime cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
