Dear District Attorney Young,
A homeless man sustained burns over 60 percent of his body after an unidentified man set him on fire. He is currently in critical condition. We demand justice for this innocent man.
“He never asked anybody for nothing, he would just sit there and mind his own business, ” stated Henry Martinez, a local business owner. The homeless man, known as Matthew, was sleeping outside of a liquor store when an unidentified suspect attacked him, drenching him in accelerant and setting him on fire.
The suspect is still at large and considered extremely dangerous. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
