Dear Prosecutor Kuhn,
A 6-year-old autistic boy was found dead after months of searching by authorities and his paternal father. The boy’s mother and stepfather have been charged with murder. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
Scioto County police arrested Margarita L. White, the boy’s mother, after she reportedly failed to enroll him in school. Their interrogation resulted in White’s shocking confession that her son had been dead for months. White reportedly stated that she and the Douglas Lee Hunt purposely kept the boy malnourished. White and Hunt have been charged with murder.
This innocent boy deserves justice. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
