Family Dog Killed with Bow and Arrow – Demand Justice

Target: Kerry B. Harvey, Assistant U.S. Attorney, Kentucky

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the person who shot and killed a family dog named Scruffy with a bow and arrow.

A dog was found dead on the side of a Kentucky highway, an arrow lodged in his back. The dog had gone missing just days earlier. Demand justice for this innocent dog.

“It just takes someone that’s mad or thinks it’s a joke to do something like this. It’s not a joke,” Farrell Allen stated. His dog, Scruffy, was shot in the back with an arrow and found dead on a local highway. Scruffy was an outdoor dog and roamed around the neighborhood. His family and neighbors agreed that he was a friendly dog who loved everybody.

The person responsible is still at large. A local non-profit “Justice for Abused Animals” has offered a $200 reward for any information on the case. Sign below and demand the maximum penalty for the person responsible for this crime.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Assitant U.S. Attorney Harvey,

A family dog was found dead by the side of a Kentucky highway, an arrow lodged in his back. The person responsible is still at large. We demand justice for this innocent dog.

“It’s just sad. I mean, it’s pathetic. I mean, why stoop that low to do something to someone else’s dog,” neighbor Mike Sitter stated. Scruffy, an outdoor dog, joined his family shortly after their previous dog was killed. He made an impression not only on his family, but also on all of the surrounding neighbors.

Local nonprofit “Justice for Abused Animals” has taken on Scruffy’s case and hopes to find the person responsible for this cruel attack. We urge you to do whatever you can to locate Scruffy’s killer and seek the maximum penalty in this case if the accused is found guilty.

Sincerely,
