Target: Tony Rackauckas, Orange County District Attorney
Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for a woman who reportedly forced a child to sexually abuse another child.
An Orange County woman has been charged with sexually abusing three children in her care. She allegedly forced one child to sexually abuse another by threatening violence. Demand justice for these innocent children.
A 9-year-old-boy reported that Brandi Valadez, his trusted caretaker, threatened to put him in a bathtub filled with hot water if he did not sexually abuse a 6-year-old girl. Prosecutors also allege that Valadez molested the same girl and did not intervene when a 12-year-old boy sexually abused her as well. The children confided in a trusted family member.
Valadez has been arrested and is being held for $1 million bail. She has not entered a plea yet. We demand the maximum penalty in this case.
Dear District Attorney Rackauckas,
Three children were allegedly sexually abused under the supervision of a trusted caretaker. Forty-year-old Brandi Valadez reportedly sexually abused one of the children herself and then forced another child to join in. We demand justice for these innocent children.
A 6-year-old girl, known only as Jane Doe, reportedly endured traumatic sexually abuse at the hands of Valadez and two older boys in her care. Valadez allegedly threatened one boy with violence if he did not perform sex acts on the girl. The third boy was allegedly allowed to molest the girl without intervention. The abuse reportedly took place in hotels in Orange, Anaheim and Costa Mesa.
Valadez faces 60 years to life in prison if convicted. Take a stand against child abuse and seek the maximum penalty in this case.
