Officers Norris Greenhouse Jr. and Derrick Stafford have been charged with second-degree murder and are awaiting trial. Sign below and demand the maximum penalty in this case.
Dear District Attorney Riddle,
A six-year-old autistic boy was fatally wounded during a police chase. The boy was a passenger in a suspect’s car and received five bullets to the head and chest. We demand justice for this innocent child.
The Superintendent of Louisiana State Police called it “the most disturbing thing I’ve seen.” Body cam footage recounts the moments during and after the shooting, when the officers discover the child’s body. One officer reportedly states, “I don’t know who all fired,” to which another officer reportedly replies, “I fired.” They then allegedly discuss whether or not to call state police.
The carelessness of these officers led to the horrific death of a child. We demand that you seek the maximum punishment in this case.
