Dear District Attorney Skandalakis,
Home invaders allegedly broke into an elderly woman’s home and demanded money. When she refused to give them the cash, they reportedly set her on fire. We demand justice for this innocent woman.
The invaders reportedly told 83-year-old Dorothy Dow that she would never see her sons again. She suffered a broken hand and arm before they allegedly doused her in lighter fluid and set her on fire. Against all odds, Dow was able to pour a gallon of water over herself to extinguish the flames. From there, she crawled on her broken arm into the next room to call 911.
This horrific attack cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
